Pricing

Track hours. Send invoices. One flat price.

Hourbook turns your team's billable hours into client-ready invoices in one click. Built for freelance teams of one to five who are done with per-user fees, per-invoice fees, and surprises at renewal.

$29/month · up to 5 seats · everything included

No credit card to start · 2-minute setup

Leaving Harvest? Your bill shouldn't have 6×'d overnight. Import your clients, projects, and hours from CSV in minutes — and get back to work like it's 2019.
FIG. 01 — TRACK

Team time tracking

Timers, timesheets, and a weekly view for the whole crew. Every logged hour belongs to a client and a project — see who's billing where at a glance.

FIG. 02 — INVOICE

Month-end in one click

Every billable hour lands on an itemized, branded invoice, grouped by client. Review, then send as PDF or payment link. Month-end takes a minute, not an afternoon.

FIG. 03 — GUARD

Project budget alerts

Set a budget per project. Hourbook warns you at 80% — before you eat the overage, not after the client disputes the bill.

One price. The whole team.

No tiers to outgrow. No usage meters. No math.

$29 /month, flat
  • Up to 5 team members
  • Unlimited clients, projects & invoices
  • One-click month-end invoicing
  • Project budget alerts
  • CSV import (Harvest, Toggl, spreadsheets)
  • Email support from a human

For comparison: per-user trackers run $9–20 per person per month — and invoicing still costs extra.

Fair questions

Really no per-user fee?

Really. $29/month covers up to five seats. If your team is bigger than five, we're not your tool (yet).

Can I import from Harvest or Toggl?

Yes — export your clients, projects, and time entries to CSV and Hourbook maps them in during onboarding. Most teams are working again within the hour.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

$29/month, cancel anytime, no questions. We don't do annual lock-in or "contact sales."

Why is it this cheap?

Small product, small team, flat costs — so flat pricing. We'd rather have a thousand small teams at an honest price than squeeze a hundred at renewal.
